Workshops and events extend beyond the weekly regular class schedule. This can include reoccurring monthly themed classes, seasonal events, moon celebrations and yoga teacher trainings. There will be constant updates based on the most current special offerings.
Flow Fusion Class
Flow Fusion is a movement experience designed to ignite your energy and bring you back to the joy of being in your body. This dynamic class weaves together the best of yoga, yoga sculpt, mat pilates, and barre — blending strength, flow, and mindful movement into one empowering session.

Yoga + Somatic Experience for the Female Nervous System

In a world that often demands constant output, many of us are operating from an unconscious state of stress—disconnected from the natural rhythms of our bodies. This experiential workshop offers a grounded introduction to the nervous system, with a special focus on how the female nervous system uniquely interacts with hormonal cycles and stress responses.
We’ll begin by building a shared foundation—exploring the basic structure and function of the nervous system, and how it differs between males and females. From there, we’ll dive into the hormonal shifts of the female cycle and how these fluctuations influence how the body processes stress. You'll learn when to support the body’s sympathetic (activating) versus parasympathetic (restorative) states depending on where you are in your cycle—and how to adapt your movement, recovery, and daily movement and breathwork rituals accordingly.
This isn’t just a lecture—it’s a layered experience. Throughout the session, you’ll be guided through simple, integrative somatic and yoga-based practices that can be applied immediately. The workshop will end with a deeper movement sequence and intentional time for small-group connection, giving space for reflection, shared insight, and grounding.
